She Will Rise is a safe, supportive space for women impacted by domestic violence. We provide mentoring, workshops, educational resources, and community connection to help you rebuild your self-worth, rediscover your identity, and step confidently into your future.

I’m not ready to leave my current situation—can I still reach out?

Absolutely. Support doesn’t require you to take any specific action before you’re ready. We can provide emotional support, resources, and safety planning tools at whatever stage you’re in—completely confidentially.

How do I book Michelle for a speaking engagement or workshop?

You can fill out our Contact Form or email us directly. Include your organisation name, preferred date, and event details, and we’ll be in touch to tailor the session to your audience’s needs.

Do I have to share my full story to access support?

Not at all. You choose what and how much you’re comfortable sharing. We create a non-judgmental, confidential environment where your boundaries are always respected.

Is there a cost to join your programs?

We offer a mix of free resources, affordable group programs, and personalised mentoring sessions. Our goal is to ensure support is accessible, and we can help you explore options that suit your needs and budget.

Are your services only for women on the Gold Coast?

While we’re based on the Gold Coast, many of our workshops, mentoring sessions, and resources are available online, so women across Australia—and beyond—can access support.

Mentoring Services

We understand that leaving an abusive relationship can feel traumatic and feel like you’re wandering through a maze of confusion where nothing seems clear, and every path in front of you  is filled with uncertainty.

Our mentoring program is here to help you find your way. With guidance and support, we’ll walk beside you as you navigate the twists and turns, helping you reclaim a sense of direction and hope.

Advocacy in Court:


I can accompany you to court as a source of support and assist with applying for a Domestic Violence Order.

School Support:


I am able to accompany parents to school meetings to help address issues such as bullying and advocate for your child’s needs.

Police Support:


I can provide support by accompanying you to the police station, ensuring you feel safe and supported throughout the process.

.Speak about how shame and guilt are often wrongly carried by survivors, and how letting go of the attachments and how to release it and how doing this can open the door to self-acceptance.

I speak about how some children read the environment of domestic violence from personal experience. Learning by Observation. The things they start telling themselves. How they carry the weight and burden of domestic violence from childhood, through to their youth and into adulthood. The impact of neglect and explore what happens when there is no accountability. I speak about how not being believed impacts them mentally and psychologically.
